It is time for new q4wine release tagged by 0.118 version.

I'd like to introduce new Wine AppDB browser engine, new helper which allows to trace wine app status, and more.

ChangeLog:

• Wine AppDB support;

• You can mount iso images just by droping them into q4wine icons list space;
• Automatic unmounting for mouned media before mount new one;
